This policy explains what personal information MAARG Technologies collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. In short: we collect only what you send us through our forms, and we use it only to reply.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by MAARG Technologies, a technology company based in India. For any privacy question, write to contact@maargtechnologies.in.
2. What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, partnership or careers), we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your organisation, if you choose to give it;
- the topic you select and the message you write.
Our server also processes your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and protect the forms from spam. We do not store it with your message.
3. How we use it
We use the information you send only to read and reply to your message, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
4. Our basis for processing
We process your details because you ask us to, by submitting a form and confirming that we may use them to reply. We intend to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record, and then delete it. Access is limited to the people who need it to reply. Data is sent to us over encrypted connections.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@maargtechnologies.in.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
